STREET'S HOPE PROVIDES DIRECT SERVICES TO HUMAN TRAFFICKING SURVIVORS IN COLORADO. SERVICES INCLUDING TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, HOUSING SUPPORT AND A RANGE OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES.

STREETS HOPE PARTICIPANT NUMBERS DOUBLED FROM 2021 TO 2022, AND IN 2023, THERE WAS A 164% INCREASE IN PEOPLE PARTICIPATING IN OUR SERVICES. NUMBERS TO DATE IN 2024 REFLECT THE SAME OR INCREASED LEVEL OF NEED. CASELOADS CAN RANGE UP TO 15 PER CASE MANAGER, DEPENDING ON CLIENT SERVICES PLANS AND LEVELS OF NEED. IN 2023, STAFF MET WITH CLIENTS FOR 912 CASE MANAGEMENT SESSIONS THAT INCLUDED ADVOCACY AND ASSISTANCE WITH BENEFITS, JOBS, AND EDUCATION, AND RESPONDED 457 TIMES WITH SAFETY PLANNING AND CRISIS COUNSELING. 149 THERAPY APPOINTMENTS AND 105 HOUSING NAVIGATION AND ASSISTANCE SESSIONS WERE COMPLETED. RENTAL ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED TO 24 PEOPLE OVER 125 TIMES. IN 2022, THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE SERVED THROUGH CALLS TO STREETS HOPE 24/7 PHONE LINE ROSE BY 100% OVER THE PRIOR YEAR. OVER 175 CALLS WERE ANSWERED AND 140 PEOPLE WERE SERVED WITH RESOURCE REFERRALS AND CRISIS RESPONSE, INCLUDING 56 PEOPLE WHO RECEIVED INTENSIVE SERVICES. IN 2023 STREETS HOPE RECEIVED 256 CALLS TO OUR 24/7 PHONE LINE, REQUESTING REFERRALS AND CRISIS RESPONSE. OF THOSE 256, 82 SUBMITTED REQUESTS FOR SERVICES FORMS. 80 PEOPLE RECEIVED INTENSIVE SERVICES. THOSE WHO DID NOT RECEIVE DIRECT SERVICES FROM STREETS HOPE RECEIVED MORE APPROPRIATE RESOURCE REFERRALS.
