THIS GIVES FAMILY MEMBERS A BREAK FROM THE UNIQUE DEMANDS OF CARING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS DISABLED OR ARE DISABLED THEMSELVES. BAY RESPITE CARE OFFERS TWO SERVICES: #1 FULL SERVICE RESPITE AND #2 SELF-SERVICERESPITE. WITH FULL SERVICE RESPITE BAY RESPITE CARE RECRUITS, TRAINS,HIRES AND SUPERVISES THE WORKERS. BAY RESPITE CARE DOES HOME VISITS WITH NEW FAMILIES TO CONNECT THE WORKERS AND FAMILIES FOR THE BEST POSSIBLE MATCH. WITH SELF-SERVICE RESPITE, THE FAMILY ALREADY HAS A PERSON TO WATCH A LOVED ONE.
