THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO ADMINISTER THE ISSUANCE AND REPAYMENT OF BONDS ON BEHALF OF MEMBER PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICTS FOR ACQUISITION OF EQUIPMENT AND BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS. IN 2021, THE CORPORATION GENERATED $6.2 MILLION IN REVENUE. THESE PROCEEDS HELPED TO SUPPORT 1.5 MILLION STUDENTS THROUGHOUT THE 80 K-12 LA COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICTS.
