TELECOMPIONEERS PROVIDES TOOLS FOR RECRUITMENT, DEVELOPMENT, AND RETENTION OF MEMBERS. THIS INCLUDES MEMBER RECRUITEMENT DRIVES, DATABASE (IMIS) TO TRACK MEMBERSHIP, APPLICATION (PALS) TO PLAN AND CONDUCT EVENTS, TRAINING, MEETINGS TO PLAN PROJECTS, PIONEERS ANNUAL MEETING, ETC.


TELECOMPIONEERS PROVIDES VOLUNTEER COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS IN EDUCATION, HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, ENVIRONMENT, MILITARY, AND LIFE ENRICHMENT THROUGH THOUSANDS OF VOLUNTEER HOURS IN THE COMMUNITY. ADDITIONALLY, TELECOMPIONEERS PROVIDES GRANTS TO OTHER NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THROUGHOUT NORTH AMERICA TO SUPPORT ITS MISSION.
