THE ROCHESTERWORKS SYSTEM STIMULATES LOCAL ECONOMIC GROWTH BY PROVIDING OUTSTANDING EMPLOYMENT EDUCATION, SUPPORT, AND TRAINING SERVICES.

Part 3 - Line 4a

TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS THROUGH WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS BY IMPROVING JOB SKILLS, MAINTAINING EMPLOYMENT AND THOSE SEEKING EMPLOYMENT. THE ORGANIZATION SERVED APPROXIMATELY 114 INDIVIDUALS IN THEIR WORKFORCE INNVOATION OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM, 5 IN THE TRADE ADJUSTMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, AND 247 INDIVIDUALS IN THEIR TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES PROGRAM FOR FISCAL 2022. THE ORGANIZATION HAVE ALSO SERVED APPROXIMATELY 7,578 PARTICIPANTS IN THEIR CAREER CENTERS.
