ONE STOP CAREER CENTERS (OSCC) - POLICY AND ADMINISTRATIVE OVERSIGHT OF TWO OSCC'S. OSCC'S ASSIST INDIVIDUALS IN ACHIEVING SELF-SUFFICIENCY THROUGH THE RECEIPT OF HIGH-QUALITY COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES THROUGH THE STATE EMPLOYMENT NETWORK.


WORKFORCE INNOVATION OPPORTUNITY ACT (WIOA) - FISCAL AGENT FOR MNREB'S TWO OSCC'S AND SEVEN OTHER PUBLICLY FUNDED AGENCIES THAT PROVIDING TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE TO QUALIFIED AMERICAN RESIDENTS UNDER WIOA PROGRAM.


YOUTH WORKS - YOUTH WORK PROGRAM FUNDED BY COMMONWEALTH CORPORATION DESIGNED TO PROVIDE JOBS FOR AT RISK YOUTH IN BOSTON'S METRO NORTH AREA.


ADULT BASIC EDUCATION - THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF ADULT BASIC EDUCATION AND ENGLISH AS SECOND LANGUAGE PROGRAMS AND RELATED FUNDING IS PASSED THROUGH TO SEVEN EDUCATIONAL AGENCIES. CONNECTING ACTIVITIES - THIS PROGRAM WAS DESIGNED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT, OVERSIGHT, AND INTEGRATION OF SCHOOL-TO-WORK INTO A SYSTEM OF EDUCATION AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT AND RELATED FUNDING IS PASSED THROUGH TO THE ORGANIZATION'S TWO CAREER CENTERS. ADVANCED MANUFACTURING TRAINING PROGRAM - THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE ADVANCED MANUFACTURING TRAINING TO UNEMPLOYED AND UNDEREMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS. CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN RETAIL - THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE PERCEPTION OF RETAIL CAREERS AMONG JOB SEEKERS BY DEMONSTRATING THE SECTORS VARIED CAREER PATHWAY AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADVANCEMENT.
