MERCY MISSIONS - OSI MOBILIZES INDIVIDUALS AND TEAMS OF SHORT TERM MISSIONARIES TO PROVIDE PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL RELIEF TO THE POOR, HOMELESS, DISTRESSED, AND UNDER-PRIVILEDGED. MOBILIZIED TEAMS PROVIDED FREE MEDICAL, DENTAL, EYE CARE AND HAIR CARE FOR THE POOR. DURING 2021, OSI DID NOT TAKE TEAMS INTO MEXICO DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS. INTERNATIONAL TEAM MEMBERS WERE ABLE TO MOBILIZE AND PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE PEOPLE OF MEXICO.


LEADERSHIP TRAINING - OSI PROVIDES LEADERSHIP TRAINING THROUGH LEADERSHIP SEMINARS AND TRAINS INDIGINOUS MINISTRIES TO TOUCH THEIR NATIONS BY PROVIDING SPIRITUAL RELIEF TO THE DISTRESSED, AND ENCOURAGING THEM TO SHARE THE LOVE OF GOD IN WORD AND DEED. DURING 2021, OSI OFFERED ON-LINE AND IN-PERSON TEACHINGS TO 266 PASTORS AND LEADERS IN MEXICO AND EGYPT.


MISSIONARY DEVELOPMENT - IS DEVELOPING AND TRAINING MISSIONARIES TO SERVE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AND PROVIDING RELIEF TO THE PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL POOR. THROUGH THE MISSIONARY DEVELOPMENT REVENUE. WE TRAIN, DEVELOP, AND MOBILIZE LONG TERM MISSIONARIES. TWO LONG TERM MISSIONARIES MISSIONARIES SERVED WITH US IN 2021.


COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT - THROUGH ONGOING MATERIAL SUPPORT TO POOR COMMUNITIES IN THE FORM OF GROCERIES, CLOTHES, CHRISTMAS GIFTS, LEGAL ADVISORS, AND NUTRITIONAL EXPERTS, OSI IS ABLE TO SUPPORT COMMUNITIES AND HELP FOSTER GROWTH IN CHRISTIAN BELIEFS. WITH THE SOCIAL DISTANCING LAWS IN PLACE AND COVID STILL BEING A MAJOR ISSUE, OUR CHRISTMAS PROGRAM WAS RESTRUCTURED TO FIT THE NEW NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITIES. OSI PROVIDED 5 CHURCHES IN MEXICO WITH TOYS AND GROCERIES. IN EGYPT, OUR NATIONAL STAFF TRAVELLED TO 5 DIFFERENT AREAS HANDING OUT FINANCIAL CHRISTMAS GIFTS TO PASTORS.
