THE PROGRAM ALLOCATIONS PROGRAM REPRESENTS ANY EXPENSES THE COUNCIL INCURS TO FULFIL BOARD DESIGNATED SPENDING FOR THE NEW PROJECTS HOUSING RESERVE.
