DOWLING HOUSE- OFFERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP ADDITIONAL VOCATIONAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND EMPLOYMENT SKILLS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FINAL ASSISTANCE FOR REINTEGRATION INTO SOCIETY. SOBER HOUSING PROGRAM- PROVIDES PERMANENT HOUSING AND ASSISTANCE TO THE SPECIAL NEEDS OF THE HOMELESS IN RECOVERY.
