PROVIDE A BROAD RANGE OF PRIMARY HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO A LARGELY MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED POPULATION. THERE WERE 66,730 PATIENT VISITS DURING THE YEAR.


THE HEAD START PROGRAM PROVIDED A PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE FOR 220 CHILDREN DURING THE YEAR.


THE SENIOR NUTRITION PROGRAM PROVIDES MEALS, HEALTH PROMOTION, EDUCATION AND RECREATION FOR SENIORS INCLUDING TRAVEL, HEALTH, EDUCATION, ENTERTAINMENT.


WIC PROGRAM PROVIDES SUPPLEMENTAL FOOD PROGRAM AND PROVIDES SERVICES TO 1,300 ENROLLEES EACH YEAR.
