IN 2023 WE RETURNED TO OUR LIVE PERFORMANCES AT THE NEW YORK LIBRARY FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS, ONE SATURDAY A MONTH AT 2:30 WITH THE EXCEPTIONS OF JANUARY, MARCH, MAY AND JULY. IN MARCH, MAY AND JULY WE WERE ABLE TO RENT THE COBBLE HILL CINEMA IN BROOKLYN AT A NON PROFIT DISCOUNT ON ONE SELECTED WEEK NIGHT IN THOSE MONTHS AND PERFORM LIVE MUSICAL ACCOMPANIMENT TO A SILENT COMEDY. OUR SHOWS WERE FULL AT BOTH VENUES AND WE PERFORMED FOR ROUGHLY 990 PEOPLE. WE ARE HOPING THAT IN 2024 WE WILL BE ABLE TO DO MORE SHOWS AT THE LIBRARY AND THUS GET OUR AUDIENCE BACK TO 2000. THE THEATER IN BROOKLYN IS SMALLER. WE ARE HAPPY TO BE RETURNING TO OUR PRE PANDEMIC VENUE AND LIVE PERFORMANCE.
