IS TO BENEFIT THE CONSUMERS OF OUR SERVICES BY PROMOTING PROFESSIONAL INTEGRITY AND CONFIDENCE, ENSURING THEORETICAL AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCY, MAINTAINING ONGOING CLINICAL EFFECTIVENESS, ENCOURAGING COHESIVENESS THROUGH UNIFORM EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS, AND INVESTIGATING AND INTEGRATING NEW TECHNOLOGY.

THE SOCIETY PROVIDES CONTINUING EDUCATION, ONLINE LASER TRAINING, AND CERTIFICATIONS TO ENHANCE THE PROFESSIONAL GROWTH OF ITS MEMBERS AND NONMEMBERS IN THE INDUSTRY. AT THE END OF FY 2021(JUNE 2022), THE SOCIETY STOOD AT 140 MEMBERS.
DURING THE 2020-2021 FISCAL YEAR, THE SOCIETY OFFERED 10 LIVE EDUCATIONAL TRAINING WEBINARS THAT WERE VIEWED BY A TOTAL OF 281 PARTICIPANTS. SCHMR ALSO OFFERS A LIBRARY OF AT-HOME CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES, OF WHICH APPROXIMATELY 333 HOURS WERE DISTRIBUTED DURING THE YEAR.
