TO ENCOURAGE THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE ORAL HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC; TO ENHANCE ITS MEMBERS' ABILITY TO PROVIDE CARE TO THE PUBLIC THROUGH EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND SERVICES; AND TO PROMOTE THE SCIENCE AND ART OF DENTISTRY BY PROVIDING A MEDIUM FOR SHARING INFORMATION ABOUT DENTAL SERVICE AND OTHER MATTERS OF THE PROFESSION.

MEDIA MARKETING: THE MARKETING CAMPAIGN UTILIZES PRIMARILY INTERNET TO PROMOTE THE SCIENCE AND ART OF DENTISTRY. THIS PROGRAM IS CARRIED ON THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AS A STATEWIDE PROGRAM WITH MILLIONS OF INDIVIDUALS RECEIVING THE MESSAGE.


THE JOURNAL: THE JOURNAL IS THE OFFICIAL PUBLICATION OF THE ASSOCIATION AND ITS MEMBERS. APPROXIMATELY 6,700 ISSUES ARE MAILED OUT 12 TIMES ANNUALLY. THE JOURNAL IS DESIGNED TO FURTHER EDUCATE THE ASSOCIATION'S MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC OF ENHANCEMENTS TO THE PRACTICE OF DENTISTRY.


EDUCATION SEMINARS: TYPICALLY ONE DAY SEMINARS HELD THROUGHOUT THE YEAR ON VARIOUS TOPICS FOR THE GENERAL MEMBERSHIP. THERE WERE 59 SEMINARS IN 2021 WITH A TOTAL ATTENDANCE OF 1376 PERSONS.


ANNUAL SESSION: THIS CONFERENCE BRINGS TOGETHER MEMBERS FROM THROUGHOUT THE STATE. MORE THAN 4,000 PROFESSIONALS ATTEND TO EDUCATE THEMSELVES AS TO THE LATEST TECHNIQUES. FORUMS AND DISCUSSION GROUPS ARE HELD TO EXPLORE NEW TECHNIQUES AND SOLUTIONS.
