THE CHANCE IS DEDICATED TO THE CREATION OF EXCITING THEATRICAL EXPERIENCES, TAKING ARTISTIC RISKS, AND COLLABORATING WITH GIFTED ARTISTS ON PASSIONATE AND PROVOCATIVE PLAYS AND MUSICALS. THE MISSION OF THE CHANCE IS TO CONTRIBUTE TO A MORE COMPASSIONATE, CONNECTED, AND CREATIVE COMMUNITY.

2021 SEASON, CHANCE THEATER SOLD TICKETS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR THE MAIN SERIES PRODUCTIONS -- "THE STORY OF MY LIFE," "SWEAT," "EDGES," "YELLOWMAN," "STRIKING 12, AND "A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS".


SUMMER YOUTH PROGRAM - "SPEAK UP - TAKE A CHANCE", A PROGRAM THAT OFFERS AT-RISK YOUTH FROM ANAHEIM UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT THE OPPORTUNITY TO PRESENT THEIR OWN PIECE OF ORIGINAL THEATER (PARTICIPATING IN THE WRITING, DIRECTING, ACTING, DESIGNING, MARKETING, ETC.) UNDER THE TUTELAGE OF CHANCE THEATER RESIDENT ARTISTS. THANKS TO GRANTS WE RECEIVE, WE ARE ABLE TO OFFER THIS PROGRAM FREE-OF-CHARGE.


ON THE RADAR NEW PLAY SERIES - CHANCE THEATER PRODUCED SIX STAGED READINGS IN-PERSON OR VIRTUALLY -- "COLONIALISM IS TERRIBLE, BUT PHO IS DELICIOUS," "LAZY KINDA FREE," "HEARTS LIKE PLANETS," "SHOOTER!," "THE QUEER COUCH, AND "CRIMSON LIT: SCARLET LETTER SETLIST".


BOOKED-IN EVENTS: HOSTED EVENTS FEATURING LOCAL ARTISTS, INCLUDING OPEN MIC NIGHTS AND NEW PLAY WORKSHOPS.
