IN 2022-2023 GREENWAY ARTS ALLIANCE PRODUCED AND CO-PRODUCED THREE MAIN STAGE SHOWS, TWO LIVE STUDENT SHOWS, A MONTH-LONG POETRY FESTIVAL, VARIOUS MUSIC EVENTS, PLAY READINGS AND A PODCAST. GREENWAY, LOCATED ON THE CAMPUS OF FAIRFAX HIGH SCHOOL, WHICH HAS AN ENROLLMENT OF 1900, CONTINUES ITS TUITION-FREE ARTS EDUCATION PROGRAMMING FOR FAIRFAX HIGH SCHOOL (FHS) STUDENTS THROUGH GREENWAY INSTITUTE FOR THE ARTS (GIA). THROUGH GIA, GREENWAY PLACED 7 ARTISTS IN LAUSD CLASSROOMS FOR BOTH IN-CLASS AND AFTER-SCHOOL PROJECT-BASED INSTRUCTION AND MENTORSHIP IN DRAMA, VOICE, AND DANCE. GIA DIRECTLY SERVES OVER 1100 STUDENTS AND INDIRECTLY OVER 1900 STUDENTS CURRENTLY ENROLLED AT FAIRFAX HIGH SCHOOL AND OTHER LAUSD SCHOOLS.
