TO ENHANCE THE SOCIAL, ECONOMIC, EDUCATIONAL, AND PHYSICAL WELFARE OF VIETNAM ERA VETERANS.
VIETNAM VETERANS OF AMERICA NEW YORK STATE COUNCIL, INC. (NEW YORK STATE COUNCIL) AND VIETNAM VETERANS OF AMERICA, INC. (VVA) HAVE ENTERED INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR THE RECEIPT AND DISTRIBUTION OF HOUSEHOLD GOODS PROGRAM FUNDS. UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, THE NEW YORK STATE COUNCIL HAS AGREED TO RECEIVE HOUSEHOLD GOODS PROGRAM FUNDS FROM THE VVA AND DISTRIBUTE THESE FUNDS TO THE NEW YORK STATE COUNCIL'S CHAPTERS.
