DSS FISCAL INTERMEDIARY SERVICES - THE ORGANIZATION IS THE FIDUCIARY AGENT FOR THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES (DSS). THE DSS CONTRACT CONSISTS OF ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURY (ABI), PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANT (PCA) AND HOMECARE PROGRAM FOR ELDERS (ELDER), AUTISM, MONEY FOLLOWS PERSON (MFP) AND COMMUNITY FIRST CHOICE (CFC) PROGRAMS. THE ORGANIZATION IS RESPONSIBILE FOR PERFORMING TRAINING & OUTREACH FUNCTIONS AS WELL AS MAINTAINING A REGISTRY OF PROVIDERS. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES ASSISTANCE WITH ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH SEVERE DISABILITIES.


INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY SUPPORT (IFS) WAIVER PROGRAM - THE ORGANIZATION IS THE FIDUCIARY AGENT FOR THE STATE OF CONNECTICICUT DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES (DDS) IFS WAIVER PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES DAY SERVICES AND HOME CARE TO DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS.
