THE AGENCY PROVIDES CLINICAL, PRESCHOOL/EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES TO CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES IN BROOME, TIOGA AND CHENANGO COUNTIES. IT OPERATES A RESPITE HOME AND FIFTEEN RESIDENTIAL ALTERNATIVES IN BROOME COUNTY FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.

INDIVIDUAL RESIDENTIAL ALTENATIVE. THE AGENCY MANAGES HOMES THAT PROVIDE HOUSING, SUPERVISION AND CARE FOR ADOLESCENTS AND ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. 83 PEOPLE SERVED.


COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES (INCLUDING CLINIC SETTINGS). THE AGENCY PROVIDES SERVICES TO ADOLESCENTS AND ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. THE AGENCY PROVIDES PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL AND SPEECH THERAPIES, AND DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATIONS IN A CLINICAL SETTING FOR ITS CLIENTS. SERVICES INCLUDE RESIDENTIAL HABILITATION, RESPITE CARE AND SERVICE COORDINATION. APPROXIMATELY 79,000 SERVICES PROVIDED.
