AS DISCLOSED IN NHCC MEDICAL ASSOCIATES, INC.'S (NHCCMA) FORM 990 FILED FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2015, A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF NHCCMA'S ASSETS WERE PURCHASED BY AND TRANSFERRED TO A RELATED ORGANIZATION, LIFESPAN PHYSICIAN GROUP, INC. (LPG). AS A RESULT, ALL PHYSICIANS PREVIOUSLY EMPLOYED BY NHCCMA BECAME LPG EMPLOYEES. THE FISCAL YEAR 2021 ACTIVITY WITHIN NHCCMA IS COMPRISED OF $8,733,006 IN SUPPORT OF PHYSICIANS AND HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONERS EMPLOYED BY LPG IN DEVELOPING MORE INTEGRATED AND COMPREHENSIVE HEALTHCARE SERVICES.
