THROUGH INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES, WE PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE CARE TO THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE.WE ARE FULLY ACCREDITED BY THE JOINT COMMISSION AND CERTIFIED BY MEDICARE AND MEDICAID FOR MEETING QUALITY STANDARDS. WE ALSO HAVE A 5-STAR RATING FOR PATIENT SATISFACTION ON MEDICARE'S HOME HEALTH COMPARE.

FOUNDED IN 1908, HOPEHEALTH VISITING NURSE (HHVN)'S MISSION TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE COMMUNITIES IT SERVES, REMAINS UNCHANGED. HHVN PROVIDES SKILLED NURSING CARE FOR COMMON HOME HEALTH NEEDS SUCH AS POST OPERATIVE CARE, WOUND CARE, IV THERAPY, AND PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL, AND SPEECH THERAPY. AT HOPEHEALTH, SAFETY CONTINUES TO BE OUR TOP PRIORITY. AS THE PANDEMIC SITUATION IMPROVES AND GUIDELINE ARE MODIFIED WE ARE COMMITTED TO KEEPING OUR STAFF, PATIENTS AND COMMUNITY SAFE WHILE PROVIDING THE VERY BEST PATIENT CARE. (SEE SCHEDULE O)HOPEHEALTH VISITING NURSE PROVIDES HIGH QUALITY HEALTHCARE SERVICES DESIGNED TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN COMMUNITY HEALTH AND TO PROVIDE IN-HOME HEALTH SERVICES FOR PATIENTS REQUIRING HEALTHCARE ASSISTANCE IN THE HOME. IN FY21, HHVN PROVIDED NURSES, HOME CARE AIDES, SOCIAL WORKERS, PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL AND SPEECH THERAPIST SERVICES TO OVER 3,062 PATIENTS AND FAMILIES IN THE COMFORT OF THEIR HOMES.
