AS NOTED IN THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION STATEMENT, NET INCOME EARNED BY THE ECKLEY FUND FOR THE POOR OF BOSTON WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ECKLEY FUND'S MISSION STATEMENT. TRUSTEES DISTRIBUTED $38,500 TO THOMPSON ISLAND OUTWARD BOUND EDUCATION CENTER, INC, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION. THOMPSON ISLAND OUTWARD BOUND EDUCATION CENTER, INC PLANNED TO USE THIS GRANT TO FUND THEIR CONNECTIONS PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES OVER 2,000 CHILDREN ACCESS TO THEIR LEARNING CURRICULUM FREE OF CHARGE.
