COUNSELING - INDIVIDUAL, GROUP AND FAMILY COUNSELING, CASE MANAGEMENT, ADVOCACY, EDUCATION, THERAPY AND INFORMATION AND REFERRAL ARE PROVIDED BY A MULTIDISCIPLINARY CLINICAL TEAM. SERVICES ARE OFFERED IN JFSWM'S OFFICES AS WELL AS OUTREACH IN THE COMMUNITY. NUMBER OF CLIENTS SERVED 436.


OLDER ADULT SERVICES - JFSWM'S GERIATRIC CARE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, OFFERS ELDERS AND THEIR FAMILY CONSULTATION, INFORMATION AND REFERRAL, EDUCATION, ADVOCACY AND CASE MANAGEMENT. THE JFSWM GUARDIANSHIP PROGRAM PROVIDES CARE FOR THE MOST VULNERABLE ELDERS IN OUR COMMUNITY. NUMBER OF CLIENTS SERVED 560.


NEW AMERICAN PROGRAM - JFSWM RESETTLES REFUGEES REGARDLESS OF RACE AND RELIGION. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES CASE MANAGEMENT, EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE, ASSISTANCE WITH APPLYING FOR CITIZENSHIP AND ADVOCACY. IN ADDITION, JFSWM OFFERS EDUCATIONAL TRAININGS ABOUT LOCAL AND NATIONAL REFUGEE PROGRAMS AND ON CULTURAL COMPETENCY. NUMBER OF CLIENTS SERVED 4,695.
