EMPOWER SCHOOLS IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT PARTNERS WITH COMMUNITIES TO HELP THEM GET THE SCHOOLS THEY WANT WITH THE RESULTS STUDENTS NEED.

EMPOWER SCHOOLS' CUMULATIVE WORK HAS LED TO PROMISING EARLY RESULTS, BEEN SHOWN TO BE REPEATABLE, AND HAS THE POTENTIAL TO GROW VIRALLY ALLOWING A NEXT PHASE OF LARGE-SCALE EDUCATION IMPROVEMENT FOR DISADVANTAGED STUDENTS IN AMERICA. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2021, EMPOWER SCHOOLS CONTINUED TO SUPPORT EMPOWERMENT ZONES AND SIMILAR STRUCTURES ACROSS MASSACHUSETTS, COLORADO, TEXAS, INDIANA, AND LOUISIANA. EMPOWER SCHOOLS ALSO PARTNERED WITH COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY, INCLUDING IN CALIFORNIA, FLORIDA, AND MISSOURI TO EXPLORE POTENTIAL PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATIVELY DESIGN ZONES. EMPOWER SUPPORTS 14 ZONES SERVING MORE THAN 28,000 STUDENTS ACROSS 60 SCHOOLS. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2021, TEXAS CONTINUED TO GROW AND IS EMPOWER SCHOOLS' LARGEST STATE IN TERMS OF ZONES, SCHOOLS, AND STUDENTS SERVED. THE AUSTIN OFFICE HAS EIGHT TEXAS-BASED STAFF MEMBERS. EMPOWER EMPLOYEES ARE ALSO LOCATED IN BOSTON, WITH ONE EMPLOYEE IN COLORADO.
