CREATED GUIDANCE AND PROTOCOLS TO STANDARDIZE THE PROCESS OF CONDUCTING GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS INVENTORIES AT THE COMMUNITY SCALE. CREATED RESILIENCE AND ADAPTATION RESOURCES FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TO PREPARE FOR CLIMATE CHANGE.
