MEMBER SERVICES PROVIDES INFORMATION AND CONSULTATION TO MEMBERS REGARDING STATE AND LOCAL ISSUES RELATED TO LABORATORY ANIMALS. IT ANALYZES, MONITORS, AND REPORTS TO THE MEMBERSHIP REGARDING LEGISLATION AND REGULATIONS DEALING WITH RESEARCH ANIMALS AT THE FEDERAL, STATE, AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL.
