IT PROVIDES CUSTOMER SERVICES TO VISITORS IN THE ORLEANS AREA IN-PERSON, ON-LINE OR OVER THE PHONE TO STIMULATE AND SUPPORT THE TOURISM INDUSTRY IN ORLEANS. IT ALSO PROVIDES MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICES FOR THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY TO PROMOTE LOCAL EVENTS TO VISITORS, SEASONAL RESIDENTS AND JOURNALISTS.
