RED EARTH YOGA PROGRAM - REY IS OUR LOW IMPACT ACCESSIBLE CHAIR YOGA FOR ELDERS, YOUTH AND NEW MOMS TO BE, OUR PROGRAM RUNS 4 SESSIONS AT A TIME FROM FALL TO SPRING. SELF CARE AND WELLNESS IS PRIORITY TO KEEP ELDERS STRETCHING AND FOCUSING ON BREATHING AND MEDITATION TECHNIQUES FROM OUR 3 CERTIFIED BIPOC YOGA INSTRUCTORS.
INDIGENOUS YOUTH ARTS AND CULTURE PROGRAM - IYAC BUILDING CULTURAL RESILIENCE THROUGH INTER-GENERATIONAL ARTS AND CRAFTS PROGRAMS THAT FACILITATE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN NATIVE ELDERS AND YOUTH TO ENSURE THAT TRADITIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICES CONTINUE.
