THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES ACCESS TO ACTIVITIES TO KEEP THE RESIDENTS ACTIVE IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. LIVING WELL GROUP IS DEDICATED TO WHOLE-PERSON QUALITY CARE AND SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES.
