OUR CASE MANAGER PROVIDED COUNSELING SUPPORT AND EDUCATION WITH 98 NON-OFFENDING FAMILY MEMBERS/CARETAKERS AND CONDUCTED 96 FOLLOW UP PHONE CALLS WITH FAMILIES/CARETAKERS OF CHILDREN WHO WERE INTERVIEWED. STAFF MEMBERS RESPONDED TO 108 REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION OR REFERRALS BY TELEPHONE.
