HORIZON VILLAGE'S FIVE (5) TREATMENT CENTERS, COMPRISED OF 193 TOTAL BEDS, PROVIDES INTENSIVE CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY SERVICES TO RESIDENTS OF ALL EIGHT (8) COUNTIES OF WESTERN NEW YORK. IT IS DESIGNATED FOR CHEMICALLY DEPENDENT ADULTS 18 AND OLDER (50 BEDS), CHEMICALLY DEPENDENT US VETERANS (25 BEDS), AND YOUNG ADULTS (AGE 18-25) (25 BEDS) WHO HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO ESTABLISH ABSTINENCE THROUGH OUTPATIENT OR TRADITIONALLY INPATIENT TREATMENTS. TERRACE HOUSE IS A 68 BED FACILITY WITH 10 BEDS DEDICATED TO MEDICALLY SUPERVISED DETOX AND 58 BEDS DEDICATED TO CRISIS STABILIZATION.

TERRACE HOUSE CRISIS STABILIZATION:TERRACE HOUSE DETOX IS A 10 BED MEDICALLY SUPERVISED PROGRAM TO PROVIDE CLINICAL SERVICES, SUPPORT COUNSELING, OBSERVATION, NURSING AND MEDICAL CARE. IN 2020 THE PROGRAM SERVED 354 CLIENTS WITH AN AVERAGE LENGTH OF STAY OF 3 DAYS. TERRACE HOUSE INPATIENT IS A 58 BED CRISIS STABILIZATION PROGRAM FOR RESIDENTS WHO NEED SUPPORT, COUNSELING, OBSERVATION, NURSING AND MEDICAL CARE TO ACHIEVE INITIAL STABILIZATION FROM DRUG AND/OR ALCOHOL WITHDRAWL. IN 2021 THE PROGRAM SERVED 1,074 CLIENTS WITH AN AVERAGE LENGTH OF STAY OF 16 DAYS.
HORIZON VILLAGE:HORIZON VILLAGE IS A RESIDENTIAL CHEMICAL DEPENDENCE TREATMENT FACILITY OFFERING SEVERAL TREATMENT COMPONENTS BASED ON A REHABILITATIVE MODEL INCLUDED: EDUCATION ON ADDICTION, GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING, SPECIAL PROGRAMS GEARED TOWARD FAMILIES, YOUNG ADULTS AND WOMEN, SELF-HELP, VOCATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL ASSESSMENT, MEDICAL AND PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION.
