WATER - VNRC'S WATER PROGRAM IS A LEADER IN THE PROTECTION, RESTORATION, AND ENHANCEMENT OF VERMONT'S WATER RESOURCES - IRREPLACEABLE ELEMENTS OF VERMONT'S LANDSCAPE AND NATURAL HERITAGE.
