IN JULY 2021, THE ORGANIZATION AGREED TO A PERMANENT FORGIVENSS OF DEBT OF $52,088 WITH MONADNOCK ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION WHICH IS ANOTHER LOCAL 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION. THE ORIGINAL LOANS PROVIDED BY KEENE HOUSING DOWNTOWN HOUSING CORPORATION WERE DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION AND CONSISTENT WITH THEIR PAST LENDING AND GRANT ACHEIVEMENTS IN THE KEENE COMMUNITY.
