ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: NCIC PERFORMS PROJECTS THAT INCLUDE COMMUNITY AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ALONG WITH BUSINESS SERVICES TO STRENGTHEN BUSINESSES, COMMUNITIES AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
