SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: FOCUS ON EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN LEGAL, REGULATORY, ECONOMIC, AND BUSINESS PRACTICES THAT BUILD THE CAPACITY OF RUSSIAN CITIZENS FOR PRIVATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND FURTHER CONTRIBUTES TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRIVATE SECTOR IN RUSSIA.
