THE GROUP AIMS TO DEEPEN AN UNDERSTANDING OF INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL ISSUES, EXPLORE THE INTERNATIONAL REPERCUSSIONS OF DECISIONS TAKEN IN THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTORS, AND TO EXAMINE THE CHOICES MADE AVAILABLE TO MARKET PRACTITIONERS AND POLICYMAKERS.

Part 3 - Line 4a

MEMBERS MEET TWICE A YEAR AND SEMINARS WITH A WIDER AUDIENCE ARE HELD FROM TIME TO TIME, TO DISCUSS THE INTERNATIONAL OUTLOOK OVER THE NEXT 12-24 MONTHS AS WELL AS ISSUES OF CURRENT INTEREST. AS A RESULT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, THESE MEETINGS WERE HELD IN A VIRTUAL FORUM RATHER THAN IN PERSON.


PROJECTS ORGANIZED TO STUDY RISKS AND INEFFICIENCES IN THE INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL SYSTEM, FOCUSED PRIMARILY ON BANKING AND SECURITIES ISSUES, LEADING TO REPORTS WITH RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BUSINESS PRACTICE AND PUBLIC POLICY.


PUBLICATIONS INCLUDE FINAL REPORTS OF PROJECTS AND OTHER PUBLICATIONS ON VARIOUS INTERNATIONAL BANKING AND ECONOMIC ISSUES.
