TO PROMOTE ICE HOCKEY FOR YOUTH IN THE ANDOVER HIGH SCHOOL ATTENDANCE BOUNDARIES. TO AID YOUTH WHO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SPORT IN THE IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF HOCKEY SKILLS, TO TEACH AND PROMOTE PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND MORAL DEVELOPMENT, TO TEACH A SENSE OF FAIR AND HONEST COMPETITION, TO PROMOTE EQUAL PLAY AT ALL LEVELS RESULTING IN GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP AND TO ENCOURAGE, AID AND SUPPORT ACQUISITION OF FACILITIES AND MEANS FOR PLAYING HOCKEY AND ICE SKATING.

PROVIDED A TOP QUALITY AND COMPETITIVE HOCKEY EXPERIENCE IN AN EQUAL PLAY ENVIRONMENT, A MANAGEABLE TRAVEL COMMITMENT, A CONVENIENT AND FIRST CLASS PRACTICE FACILITY, AND A VENUE FOR PLAYERS TO DEVELOP NEW, AND FOSTER EXISTING, RELATIONSHIPS WITH FRIENDS FROM ANDOVER TO THE APPROXIMATELY 500 BOYS AND GIRLS INVOLVED IN THE HOCKEY PROGRAM.
