AFFILIATE COMPLETED THE CONSTRUCTION OF AND SOLD ONE NEW HOME AND BEGAN CONSTRUCTION ON ANOTHER NEW HOME. THE AFFILIATE ALSO PROVIDED WEATHERIZATION AND AGING IN PLACE SERVICES TO 17 LOW INCOME HOMEOWNERS


RESTORE - PROVIDE THE PUBLIC WITH NEW AND USED QUALITY FURNITURE, BUILDING SUPPLIES, APPLIANCES AND OTHER HOUSEHOLD GOODS. THE RESTORE SUPPORTS THE BASIC HABITAT MISSION BY RAISING ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW AFFORDABLE HOUSING. THE HFHYC RESTORE WILL RECYCLE AND PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE BUILDING PRACTICES THROUGHOUT YORK COUNTY BY HELPING TO DIVERT CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDING MATERIALS FROM LANDFILLS.
