AFFORDABLE RENTAL APARTMENTS: CATCH CURRENTLY OWNS AND MAINTAINS 343 AFFORDABLE RENTAL APARTMENTS AND 36 MARKET RATE APARTMENTS, THAT ARE HOME TO OVER 700 ADULTS AND CHILDREN.


HOUSING PRODUCTION: IN ORDER TO MEET THE HIGH DEMAND FOR AFFORDABLE WORKFORCE HOUSING, CATCH CONSTRUCTS NEW, AFFORDABLE, ENERGY-EFFICIENT HOUSING UNITS. NEW CONSTRUCTION IS AN EFFECTIVE WAY TO ADDRESS THE CRITICAL SHORTAGE OF HOUSING WHILE ALSO ADDRESSING THE SPECIFIC NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY.
