V-CAP FINANCES COMMUNITY-BASED HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS INCLUDING COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROVIDERS, PROVIDERS OF INTEGRATED OR SPECIALTY CARE, AND OTHER PROJECTS SUBSTANTIALLY IMPACTING COMMUNITY HEALTH.
