THE ORGANIZATION FACILITATES THE FINANCING VIA SUGAR HILL LEVERAGE, LLC, A NEW YORK LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FORMED EXPRESSLY FOR THE PURPOSES OF ADVANCING THE CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SUGAR HILL PROJECT.
