THE PROJECT IS ALSO SUBJECT TO SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS AGREEMENT WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) AND A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF THE PROJECT'S RENTAL INCOME IS RECEIVED FROM HUD.
