WE SERVE PRIMARILY LOW-TO MODERATE-INCOME NEW YORKERS EARNING ROUGHLY 50 TO 90 PERCENT OF AREA MEDIAN INCOME. SINCE OUR INCEPTION, HABITAT NYC AND WESTCHESTER HAS SERVED NEARLY 2,200 FAMILIES THROUGH OUR HOMEBUILDING AND HOUSING PRESERVATION PROGRAMS.
