IT OPERATES UNDER SECTION 207, PUSUANT TO SECTION 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT OF 1959 AND HAS ENTERED INTO THE STANDARD FHA REGULATORY AGREEMENTS GOVERNING THE OPERATION OF THE COMMUNITY. A HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENT CONTRACT WITH HUD PROVIDES RENT ASSISTANCE FOR LOW INCOME HOUSING FAMILIES.
