THE INSTITUTE WILL PURSUE ITS OBJECTIVES THROUGH RIGOROUS EMPIRICAL RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS AND BROAD DISSEMINATION OF ITS RESEARCH RESULTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO DECISION MAKERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC VIA WEBINARS, CONFERENCES AND VARIOUS FORMS OF MEDIA.
