COPARTNERS WORKS WITH ORGANIZATIONS OF RURAL WOMEN IN EL SALVADOR AND GUATEMALA, TO HELP THEM MAKE BETTER LIVES FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES. VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND TECHNICAL TRAINING TO THE LOCAL PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS. SMALL GRANTS, SCHOLARSHIPS AND EQUIPMENT ARE PROVIDED.
