SEMINARS ARE OFFERED TO MEMBERS TO PROVIDE EDUCATION ON ISSUES AFFECTING CONDOMINIUM, COOPERATIVE AND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS. THIS INCLUDES ADMINISTERING THE ANNUAL "VIRGINIA LEADERSHIP RETREAT" IN CONJUNCTION WITH THREE OTHER CAI CHAPTERS WITHIN THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA. THE EVENT IS OPEN TO ALL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGERS, MANAGEMENT COMPANY OWNERS AND BUSINESS PARTNER PROFESSIONAL MEMBERS. THE EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS ARE ADVANCED IN NATURE AND ARE DESIGNED TO DEVELOP THE CAREER PATHS OF THOSE WITH PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. COURSES OFFERED WILL MEET CAMICB AND CAI WITH NINE HOURS OF CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS FOR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGERS.
