TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AMONG THE PHYSICIAN STAFF MEMBERS OF TRINITY HEALTH SYSTEM IN ORDER TO IMPROVE CONDITIONS IN PATIENT CARE PROVIDED BY SUCH MEMBERS. TO FULFILL ANY OTHER PURPOSE PERMITTED BY CHAPTER 1702 OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE AS MAY BE DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE DIRECTORS. THE ACTIVITIES OF THIS ORGANIZATION INCLUDE EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS, AND CASE STUDIES.
