THE CONFERENCE IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH THE MOST UP TO DATE WEB AND MOBILE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES AND TECHNIQUES AIMED AT IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY OF THE WEB AND MOBILE DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY AS A WHOLE
