IT IS A FORUM FOR THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AMONG ITS MEMBERS AND OTHERS AIMED AT INCREASING JOB OPPORTUNITIES AND IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE THROUGHOUT THE REGION.
