AS A RESULT OF AN AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLIANCE OF PLAINTIFF (FAMILY SERVICES ASSOCIATION OF GREATER BOSTON), AND THE AFFIDAVIT OF RECEIPT OF DEFENDANTS AND TRUSTEE AS AUTHORIZED BY AN INTERLOCUTORY ORDER OF THE HONORABLE SUPREME JUDICIAL COURT ON JUNE 9, 2021, IT WAS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, THAT THE DEFENDANTS AS NAMED AS SUCCESSORS TO ANY FUNDS, PROPERTY, ASSETS OR INTEREST OF PLAINTIFF (FAMILY SERVICES ASSOCIATION OF GREATER BOSTON), TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSES SPECIFIED IN THE COURT'S INTERLOCUTORY ORDER (FOR THE DEFENDANTS), AND THAT PLAINTIFF, FAMILY SERVICE ASSOCIATION OF GREATER BOSTON, WAS HEREBY DISSOLVED, DATE NOVEMBER 23, 2021.
